The 9060 is a new take on the refined style and innovation-driven design that made the 99X series one of the most iconic models in New Balance history. The 9060 reinterprets familiar elements of the well-known 99X models, taking inspiration from the futuristic, visible aesthetic of the Y2K era. Stabilizers carried over from the 990 have been extended and used throughout the upper to convey a sense of visible movement, while undulating lines and scaled-down proportions on a molded pod midsole emphasize the familiar ABZORB and SBS cushioning systems.
